I am in the constant exchange of information and ideas.
I am always learning and always sharing.

When we combine social advocacy, transparency, humility and accessibility with principles of empowerment and embodiment, we help create a world where all people feel that they belong. We're going to tackle some big shit. It's uncomfortable. It's necessary. It’s worth it. I’m here to support you.

In my keynote engagements, I share tools that help all humans access their own embodiment, empower them to lead with compassion, and help break down privilege, opening up opportunity to create communities that are truly inclusive.

“In my short, but very profound, experiences with Robin, I’ve come to recognize what a force she is within the community. She is a champion for change, and a powerful advocate for the BIPOC community.”

I had asked her to be a moderator for Air Up There’s Women in Running panel and she displayed her grace and advocacy to the community. You could see in the way she challenged people to unpack difficult experiences that she is a figure we need to keep our eye on. She has been a leader in leading uncomfortable but necessary conversations around privilege and inclusion. She has worked tirelessly to dissect what privilege means and bringing those learnings to the Hamilton population.

She has been one of the main reasons, myself as a person of colour, feel represented within Hamilton. She is a force for women of all creeds and should be recognized for continued work within the Hamilton community.
